Placing an Order

To place an order please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card information. If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us toll free at 1-800-957-2413.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We can also accept money orders and certified cheques. In the event you use a money order or certified cheque, please send to:

All orders by cheque or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within Canada (GST/HST rate based on your province of residence), and the state of Michigan (6%), USA. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

Shipping/Express Shipping processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship via ground service by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and Fed-Ex. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages.

Most items are shipped within 2-3 working days but please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive at your door. Any special ordered items will take longer and delivery times could be as long as 14-21 working days.

Rush Orders

In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at, please call us toll free at 800-957-2413. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Oversized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping

Shipping outside Canada or the continental U.S. will require additional shipping charges. Additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees may be applied and will be the responsibility of the customer. If you have questions about this please call us toll free at 800-957-2413 before ordering.

Availability & Back Order Items

Most items are always in stock, but sometimes there are runs on certain items and they are periodically out of stock. If this should ever happen we will email you right away letting you know when that item will be shipping again.

Defective Merchandise

Satisfaction is extremely important at ProOutdoorGear. The items you will receive are high quality products, in excellent condition. We 100% guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary. Please refer to our Return Policy page for details.
