Shipping Policy

Pro Outdoor Gear guarantees your 100% satisfaction and fair shipping prices. We strive to provide the widest selection of models for the manufacturers and product lines that we carry. If we carry a brand of products, in almost all cases we carry the entire line (all models). Pro Outdoor Gear believes that avid outdoors people want selection and choice, and we aim to deliver that to you - even to the farthest reaches of the continent.

In order to provide this type of selection, in some cases we may not be able to ship all of your products together immediately. We will notify you of any delays, and keep you apprised of the delivery status of your order. More importantly, we promise to provide you with a great selection of outdoor products, and deliver those products to you at a fair price.

Our standard shipping policy includes the following rates for most products and destinations:

FREE Shipping (ALL Orders over $97)

Orders from $57 to $97, Flat Rate $5

Orders under $57, Flat Rate $10

Exceptions:

Alaska / Hawaii = $15 flat rate shipping charges in addition to the above rates

Northwest Territories / Nunavut / Yukon Territory = $20 flat rate shipping charges in addition to the above rates

INTERNATIONAL = $65 flat rate shipping charges in addition to the above rates

Also:

Special products that are oversized or particularly heavy may incur additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be clearly marked on the appropriate product pages for any such products.

Generally, you can expect that your orders will ship within 1-3 business days if not sooner. However, as noted above certain items may take longer. Regular shipping, unless otherwise arranged, will be by ground using either Purolator, UPS, Fedex, or Canada Post, depending on the most efficient and cost effective method of delivery.
